JEE
Advanced Exam is one of the most sought examinations for engineering candidates
after 12th. The exam will be conducted by seven zonal Indian Institutes of
Technology (IITs) under the supervision of Joint Admission Board (JAB) on May 22, 2016. This national level exam is
the second stage to take admission in IIT’s and other best engineering colleges. It will be conducted only for 2 lakh rank
holders of JEE Main 2016.
The
paper 1 will be conducted from 9 am to 12 pm and paper 2 will be held from 2 pm
to 5 pm on May 22, 2016. The performance of an aspirant in this examination
will form the basis for admission to diverse bachelor’s degree programmes in 23
IITs, including Indian School of Mines (ISM), Dhanbad along with other reputed engineering colleges.

Exam Dates and Exam Pattern
JEEAdvanced 2016 will be conducted by seven zonal IIT’s under the observation of JAB.
The exam will be held on May 22,2016.
The
JEE Advance 2016 paper consists of two papers i.e. paper 1 and paper 2. Both
papers are compulsory. Questions will be asked from the Physics, Chemistry and
Mathematics subjects. The question paper will consist of multiple choice (MCQ)
and numerical answer type questions. Negative marking will be done for the
incorrect answers. The question paper will be asked in English or Hindi
languages.
Display of Answer
Key
The
JEE Advanced Answer Key 2016 and ORS (Optical Response Sheet) will be displayed
within a week after the examination. Candidates can download the answer key and
ORS through the official website of JEE Advanced- http://www.jeeadv.ac.in/.
In case of any error, students can review the scanned responses by submitting
request via online mode. Candidates are required to pay Rs.500/- per question
to be reviewed.

Result
The
result of JEE Advanced 2016 will be announced on 12th June 2016. The result will be announced in the official portal
of JEE Advanced exams. No score card will be sent to the candidates
individually.
